Yes, if the cabin is returned in excellent condition, your bond will be refunded.
Yes, we supply curtains for all our rental cabins.
Yes, there is a 6 month minimum rental period for our standard cabins. For our Premiums, the minimum term is 12 months. Other arrangements can be made, just flick us an email and let us know what you are after.
No, if the minimum term has been completed and the 3 weeks notice period has been given, there is no collection fee.
No. Our cabins are under the legal requirement for sizing to need consent. You will however need permission from the property owner to have a rental cabin on your property and you will need to follow your council guidelines for placement of the cabin.
We can usually work out a way to get the cabin on the property. We can arrange a Hiab or Crane to deliver the cabin if we cant deliver it ourselves. This does come at an extra cost to the customer. Each job is different so we cant give you a price upfront. But this usually costs between $300-$500, which will be invoiced to the customer once the job is complete.
